What we collect, and what we do with it
This describes how the information you give this website is handled. It covers the project brief form and the client portal — the two places the site asks you for anything.
When you send a project brief
The contact form asks for your name and email, and optionally your company, another way to reach you, which services you are interested in, and a description of the work. We only need the name, the email and the brief; the rest is there because it usually saves a round of questions.
What you send is stored in our own database and shown to Avenlix staff on an internal screen, so that we can reply and scope the work. We use it to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quote. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list from this form.
When you use the client portal
Signing in stores a token in your browser so the panel knows who you are between pages. If you do not tick “remember me”, it is kept only until you close the tab. Signing out removes it. The portal shows the projects, environments, invoices and support threads that belong to your account and no other.
What the site loads from elsewhere
The pages load a webfont from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers when a page opens. There is no analytics script, no advertising tag and no third-party tracker on this site.
Who can see it
Avenlix staff working on your enquiry or your account. Our infrastructure providers hold the data at rest as part of hosting the platform. We do not pass it to anyone else.
Asking us to remove it
Write to hire@avenlix.com and tell us what you would like removed or corrected, and we will do it. If you have an account with us, say so, because closing an account and deleting an enquiry are different things.
Changes
This page describes the current behaviour of the site. When that behaviour changes, this page changes with it. Last updated September 2026.
